| Customer Reviews: Didn't work for me. December 2, 2009 eve in texas (Texas, USA) I'd tried a foot bath spa in HOuston while visiting my sister who is on Hospice from cancer. I was very skeptical and just wanted to be polite to the woman who asked to give me one, but was thoroughly impressed by the way I felt the next morning and was a skeptic no longer. Body aches/pains were gone, water on the knee gone, better mood/sleeping, arthritis wasn't hurting, etc. But, this lady used a $1,000 machine. This one is not even close to giving the same results. The arrays quit working after 3x, even though it's only the interaction of the metal in the array with the salt water.
I returned it, but it's taken quite some time for the Golden Ox to reimburse my money, and I'm still not quite sure if it came from G.O. or from Amazon as I was told by G.O. when I contacted them the 2nd time that they had already reimbursed Amazon, and Amazon then started their A-Z reimbursement program when I contacted Amazon. Then, Amazon wrote to say they were cancelling their A-Z program as G.O. had remimbursed the money. I was told it would anywhere from 10-14 working days, but thankfully it happened in two days.
The people at G. O. were very, very polite. And, quickly sent one of the plastic tubes that the manufacturer had left out, but there was confusion over that as well as initially I'd been told that I would have to contact the manufacturer for the replacement.
Don't Buy This Over Priced Bed Pan December 16, 2008 Gene M (Sleepy Hollow NY) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
Save yourself a huge headache and buy something else ... anything is better than dealing with this company
I purchased this and received a broken foot spa ... what a waste ! Viatek says it takes more than 30 days to issue a replacement !!! Great, I now have a bucket that looks more like a bedpan, all for only $200.00 ... bad enough that there is absolutely nothing that proves that anything ionic does anything positive for anyone. Still I took a chance and decided to give this to my wife for the holidays. Not only was it broken but the instructions are ridiculous and explain nothing, the product is cheaply made of plastic and there is a very real chance of electrocution ... I guess it's a good thing mine was broken.
Well thanks to Viatek and there customer service rep Dallas I have to find another gift ... quickly.
well it's going back to where it came from and with any luck mine will be the last piece of garbage that Viatek sells to anyone.
... and to anyone at Viatek reading this,
you should have made a better product
you should overnight replacement parts within 24 hours of the request
you should have better instructions included with your products writen by intelligent people not this one that must have been writen by chimpanzees
exellent quality, but needs more clarity July 25, 2008 I. Moston (Hiram, GA) 2 out of 8 found this review helpful
The item is easy to assemble and easy to use. However, my particular one arrived with one of two plastic tubes which had only one plastic adapter at the end, while there should be one on EACH end. I have called to ViaTek Customer Service and they were very polite and mailed me the replacement tubes, which I eventually received and was finally able to use the product.
The assembly and using instructions are not exactly clear. It would be MUCH BETTER, if they would print everything, step by step, as showed on video @:
[...] For example: I didn't know, what to do with the plastic bag included in this kit, until I saw the video. There is not a single word about it in instructions. That's the step is nessessary to improve.
Other, than that - I guess, I'll be able to write new testimony about this product soon !
Ionic Energizer Foot Spa June 27, 2008 RM 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
My Chiropractor gave me a try-out session. It was amazing what came out of my feet into the water within a few minutes. I am a cancer surviver, a firm believer in detoxing the body to stay healthy.
The Ionic Energizer Foot Spa is a gift of heaven to detox the metals out.
Thank you for the invention, and carrying this item. In my opinion it will help many who buy it to feel better. As they always say - - - check with your Doctor! Would he or she know? RM, Washington State
